It’s no secret to anyone, that any successful weight loss program involves two main components: you must eat healthy, and you must include at least some form of physical exercise into your daily regimen. The goal of working out in diets is to burn fat, which is stored by the body as a way to preserve energy. Some fat storage is natural and normal, but it’s when those reserves start getting too big that we start gaining weight.
By doing these simple exercises you’re guaranteed to get sweaty, but also to burn at least some of the excess fat stored in your body:
Start in the squat-down position. Jumping will basically take follow the form of a squat, but will go in a direction. Start by pushing yourself down with your arms lowered down do, and jump in the lateral left direction angling your arms slightly to the right. Aim to reach at least a 2-3 feet distance. Repeat right away to the other side.
Lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle. Keep your hands behind your head, and lift the shoulder while you crunch up. Stay in this position for 3-5 seconds, then extend your legs until they reach 45-degree angle, and squeeze your lower belly, staying in that position for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this 10-15 times.
